Meet Attorney Tiffani Brown
Tiffani N. Brown is a passionate and driven attorney whose dedication to advocacy is rooted in discipline, resilience, and service. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University, where she also excelled as a Varsity Softball player. During her collegiate career, she played a key role in leading the Seminoles back to the Women’s College World Series after a 10-year hiatus—a defining experience that shaped her leadership, teamwork, and determination. Tiffani remains a proud and active FSU Softball alumna, forever grateful for the impact the program has had on her life.
After earning her Juris Doctor with honors from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2017, and being admitted to the Florida Bar in May 2018, she worked as an associate attorney handling a range of cases including family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, and expungements.

In 2020, she founded Tiffani N. Brown Law, PLLC, offering dedicated legal services in family law, criminal defense, civil disputes, and record sealing and expungement. Her practice evolved further in 2022 where she managed an array of real estate litigation matters including HOA disputes, quiet title actions, landlord–tenant issues, adversarial probate, insurance claims, foreclosure defense, and surplus recovery.
Today, the firm handles real estate disputes, civil litigation, personal injury matters, mortgage foreclosure defense, surplus recovery representation, and estate planning, including wills and health directives. She is also a licensed Florida Realtor, offering clients a unique, full-service innovative and collaborative legal experience.
Outside of her legal career, Tiffani is a proud mother and wife. She finds joy in personal development, traveling, podcasting, shopping, practicing self-care, and creating lasting memories with her family and friends.
